Project Engagements

Due to the nature of professional services, fees for work already performed are non-refundable. Any unused advance for unstarted scope may be refunded subject to agreement terms.

Support & Managed Services

For monthly or annual plans, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified in your agreement.

How to Request

To request a refund or cancellation, email contact@thebalajienterprises.shop with your account details and a brief description.

Exceptions

Custom commitments, third-party fees, and expenses already incurred are not refundable unless required by law.
